Anat started her law experience as a paralegal in Denver, Colorado, in the United States. Anat graduated with a bachelor in law degree specializing in Commercial law (LL.B) from the College of Law and Business in Ramat Gan, Israel. Anat is a member of the Israeli Bar Association. Anat also is recognized as an expert in American Sales Law.
Anat understands most areas of law and international business and has worked alongside some very successful individuals, organizations and established public companies. Her experience ranges from her work with American Public companies such as “Edwards Lifesciences” based in California, “AVG Technologies” based in Tel Aviv and the United States, “InterCasino” based in Canada , England and Tel Aviv, educational institutions such as “Denver Academy of Torah,” Non profits, and Amutot based all over Israel.
Anat completed an internship at the magistrate court in Tel Aviv where she gained knowledge in the areas of planning and construction law, business licensing law, criminal law, traffic law and bankruptcy law. Anat participated in all types of court proceedings and absorbed what effective advocacy looks like in practice.
Attorney Hefets’ areas of expertise include immigration to Israel, administrative law, inheritance, labor law, bankruptcy and real estate. Anat has extensive experience assisting employees and workers exercise their rights and protecting their rights.
